Kept passing a church on the outskirts of the city centre. Finally went today, and lo, they are Japanese Salvationists. Kind people. Brings tears to the eyes of an sinful Eastender like me. The town where I went to high school, Worthing, is also famous for throwing seriously unpleasant stuff at these guys.
