Pluralistic democracies like Japan and the US tend to treat religion like its art. Whatever you draw or believe in is okay. But what happens when theology is much more like math?
2+2=4
Five is not the right answer even though it is not far off. Buddhism, though close in its valuing right thoughts and right actions, is not correct.
